 "Casa Milagro" is just outside and north of Marble in the Crystal River Valley, a 1.25 acre property backed by Forest Service land on the West Elk Mountain Range.

The unspoiled beauty of Nature surrounds this colorful Taos-styled home. Comfortable for familial vacations, intimate weddings/honeymoons or small group retreats.

Floor- to-22 ft. ceiling windows provide unobstructed views overlooking the Upper Crystal River-where you can see out and no one can see you. Built by the owners themselves from recycled luxury materials, this  easy-access yet ultra-private 3 bedroom, 3 bath home can sleep 8-10 indoors.

A 750 sq.ft. loft master suite "love nest" features a King TemperPedic bed and luxurious double shower/jacuzzi bathtub-- inviting deep soaks and candlelit romantic interludes! 

With all the southern exposure, plenty of daylight and cool breezes create free-flowing, blended interior/exterior space from the great room that opens to an 800 sq. ft. wraparound deck-perfect for rocking-chair relaxing or socializing at the outdoor bar where a SubZero refrigerator keeps cool drinks nearby.  

 Pile up sleeping bags on the deck, use the high-powered telescope and spend the night directly under the Milky Way on starry summer nights...just please don't touch them!

BYO horseshoes or croquet and play a game on the grassy west lawn or sit on the log swing and just watch Nature pass by. 

Spacious, fully-equipped kitchen with marble baking counter, double ovens, commercial cooktop, pot filler, warming drawer and butcher-block island accommodates small to medium-sized gatherings; with room for helpers in the kitchen flow. 

Extra refrigerator/freezer and laundry room in basement.  Satellite T.V. and WiFi. BBQ grill and smoker.

Parking for sport trailers, ATV, bikes, etc.  

Horseback riding, fishing and swimming within walking distance...hiking everywhere! The "town" of Marble and Beaver Lake -5-10 minutes.

Catered meals/event-planning/local entertainment upon request.  

Minimum 4-day and weekly rentals-May through January. 

Dogs welcome-deposit required. NO cats! (Love'em but severe life-threatening allergy.)
