The Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport (GUC) is located in the city of Gunnison, just 28 miles from the Town of Crested Butte and 31 miles from the Town of Mount Crested Butte.  Our year-round airline partner is United Airlines.  During the winter months, you can also fly on American Airlines non-stop from Dallas/Ft.Worth and on Continental Airlines non-stop from Houston. Year-round daily flights are provided on United Express from Denver International Airport to Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport. We recommend you always check with the airline to confirm current schedules. 

If your final destination is Crested Butte or Mt. Crested Butte, there is a FREE shuttle bus  that runs regularly between these two towns. Our Valleywide bus system also runs on a regular basis between Gunnison and Crested Butte/Mt. Crested Butte (map).

Locals Fare Program 

Don't forget about locals fares on United!  Here is a bit more about the program:
Price: $109.70 one way ONLY; must originate in GUC
Price: $161.40 round trip; must originate in GUC
Note: There is a $10 ticketing fee when booking through Crested Butte Vacations. - You must book at least one day in advance
- Must book locally with Crested Butte Vacations (349-2287) or at the United desk at Gunnison-Crested Butte Regional Airport (GUC); open 10AM-3:30PM except when flight is being serviced
- Maximum 30 overnights and minimum 1 overnight (not good for same day departure/return)
- Must be a Colorado resident: Colorado Residence identification may be required at check-in
- Valid for travel through December 13, 2012

Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ) is located 68 miles west of Gunnison.  United Airlines serves Montrose all year long, and Delta Airlines, Continental Airlines, and American Airlines serve Montrose during the winter months.
